"How can I know what I think until I read what I write?" – Henry James

There are a few lone voices willing to utter heresy. I am an avid follower of Ilusion Monetaria, a blog by ex-Bank of Spain economist (and monetarist) Miguel Navascues here.
Dr Navascues calls a spade a spade. He exhorts Spain to break free of EMU oppression immediately. (Ambrose Evans-Pritchard)

En los dos post anteriores he querido

En los dos post anteriores he querido expresar tres cosas:
-Como ven la política monetaria en USA;
- Como se ve esa política en Europa (a la alemana)
-Como se ve en España (no se ve, se padece). Los más renombrados economistas no enfocan bien... o no enfocan nada. Por ejemplo, los de FEDEA.

Sorry I haven´t answered your "plea". I find all this "trigger Happy" Central Bankers extremely annoying. And they really shouldn´t be holding such an important and viatal position!
In the case of the Eurozone, Trichet makes a sad figure. In the end he is thinking of MP only in terms of Germany´s "psychic" needs. "ET foutre les autres"!

Jajajajaja, yes, true!
I agree with
"nd they really shouldn´t be holding such an important and vital position!"
They are not really independent. Do you know that all ECB decisions are decided by "unanimity"!
